We Guarantee Your Satisfaction

We stand behind the products we sell and aim to gain your trust. If there are ever ANY issues with your order, please contact us directly first before opening a return request.

Buyers who order incorrect products without consulting us prior are responsible for the shipping costs. Please verify your order if you have any doubts about sizing, fitment and application before it is processed and shipped.

Return

1. We are unable to accept returns if the following situations apply:

  • We will not accept tires that have been used and/or mounted.
  • We will not accept tires that have been damaged by the buyer.
  • We will not accept late return requests, so please send in your return request within 15 days of your receiving date.

2. Cancellations, “Buyer’s Remorse” Returns, or “Incorrectly Bought Item” Returns:

  • For order cancellations, please contact us within 2 hours of the order being placed. We will cancel the order and issue a refund if we received the notification prior to pulling the tires from our warehouses.
  • For cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped, please request a Request Form from customer service. Please note the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

3. Free Returns Eligibility:

a. Free Returns Eligibility:

  • Please send clear photo evidence of packaging damage PRIOR to opening the package, as well as clear photos of the damaged item
  • Please notify us and send these photos within 2 days of delivery (delivered date as shown on FedEx.com)
  • We will not accept returns nor issue refunds for items damaged in transit if you have not notified us within 2 days of delivery, so please check your package thoroughly as soon as it is delivered
  • We will issue a Request Form for the eligible return
  • We will shoulder the return shipping costs.

b. Received an incorrect item

  • Notify us immediately if you receive an item whose manufacturer label does not match the description found on your invoice
  • Send us an email with clear photos of the item and labels
  • We will issue a Request Form for the eligible return
  • We will shoulder the return shipping costs

Refund

4. Free Returns Eligibility:

  • All shipping costs are shouldered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Buyer will be billed the shipping charges for refused deliveries
  • Refunds will be given as money back or exchange, per the buyers’ request
  • We may do a partial refund on a case-by-case basis
  • All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee on all returnable items within 15 days of the receiving date depending on their condition when returned.
